These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website financelandasap.com (the "Site") and the related services offered by Coastal Land Partners LLC, including the FinanceLandAsap brand ("Coastal Land Partners," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Coastal Land Partners is not a bank, mortgage lender, or mortgage broker. When offered, financing is provided directly by the property owner on land Coastal Land Partners has acquired. Nothing on the Site — including any numbers, payment illustrations, or wording such as "in range," "prequalified," or similar — is an application for credit, a pre-qualification, a commitment, an approval, or an offer of credit. Any financing is subject to review, underwriting, property evaluation, and a written, signed agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or submit a request.
You agree that all information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide it. You will not submit information that is fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or that infringes any third-party right (including submitting another person's contact information without permission).
By submitting the form on the Site, you agree that Coastal Land Partners and its affiliates may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide about your inquiry and related offers — including by phone call, text message (SMS), and email, and including through automated dialing or prerecorded/artificial voice technology. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COASTAL LAND PARTNERS AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100.00).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coastal Land Partners and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Site, (b) your submissions, or (c) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Effective" date; your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Coastal Land Partners LLC is an equal opportunity provider of credit. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract), receipt of income from any public assistance program, or the good-faith exercise of any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Coastal Land Partners regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
